Make Your Vision A Reality

“There are not enough positive remarks I can make about Tom and his company, TWD. TWD constructed a beautiful, two-story, brick-enclosed patio to our 75-year-old waterfront home. It is a beautiful addition and Tom made the structure look as if it had been a part of the original house. Tom’s crew were a joy to work with and professional in every way. I cannot praise TWD and Tom Dye enough!”

“I was fortunate in contracting with Thomas Dye Homes for a significant addition to the rear of my waterfront home. This project also included a 16’ angled Ipe stairway and large Ipe deck overtop the new addition with a hidden roof below. I am a commercial general contractor and can attest that the attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my greatest expectations; the project was done on our agreed schedule and required modifications were handled professionally with no surprises and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Thomas and his personnel to anyone doing a new home or a new addition to their property.”

“Tom and his crew at TWD transformed the exterior of our house, front yard, and backyard, as well as tweaks to the inside. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their process, communication, and the outcome they delivered to us.”

“Working with TWD is like having a membership to Virginia Beach’s finest home renovation club. After our work was completed, we had more needs and TWD responded quickly each time. The workers were always on time and communicated with us along the way. Thanks TWD!”

“Andy and I have known Tom and Jennifer Dye since our kids were in preschool together, so when it came time for us to have some major renovations done to our home (which was built in 1960), we knew exactly who to call! They are not only professional but also very down-to-earth. They have great insight on ways to update and transform both outdoor living spaces and indoor rooms (e.g. bathrooms, living rooms, fireplaces, etc). Their contractors are friendly, diligent, honest, and hard-working. We were so pleased with the renovations made to our home last summer that we have already made plans with TWD to start our next phase this year! Needless to say, we highly recommend TWD Homes!”

Joan Fox
